This week, we learned about the physical tools for capturing and sniffing packets.
The physical tools are:
- inline network tap
- vampire taps
- induction coils
- fiber optic taps
Software used to capture and sniff packets are:
– Wireshark
– tcpdump
– ngrep
– Nmap
